June Has Been in Heaven Since May 27, 2006

Now We Know
And Away I Go

Tonight I prepare to drive Lexington KY. They have decided to go ahead with the surgery. Of course this was without the drama of telling June, at 12:00 today she would be going home on Tuesday and then returning about 3:30 and telling her the surgery must be done in the morning. I will be driving June and Ernie's car to them and returning via Delta most likely. Almost everything changes by the hour. It would take an hour to tell you of the changes over the last seven hours. Not to worry, I've got a packet of plans and options. Just have to take them one at a time.

The surgery will begin tomorrow morning by shutting off the blood supply to the tumors located on the sacrum and the pelvis bone. This will prepare the cancerous sites for removal on Wednesday. At least this is how I understand it. Could change. I will post tomorrow as I find out more.
Gotta go, gotta go, gotta go right now!

    I hope you had a safe trip. I can imagine the tremendous strain and worry that you and your family are experiencing right now. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you and your entire family. Although I have never met your mother, she is a true inspiration.
